  • We are based in Taunton and hold events close to the town centre. Details of the location are sent on the week of your booking

  • We release our dates on a monthly basis to our mailing list and take bookings by email on a first come, first served basis. To join the mailing list, enter your email address at the bottom of this page or send us an email - thevelvetgardenrestaurant@gmail.com

  • Our restaurant is a pop-up and as such, we don’t have regular opening hours. We release details of our events to the mailing list

  • Everything we serve is 100% Plant Based and suitable for Vegans

  • We will always make adjustments for food allergies and dietary requirements. We ask that you inform us of your requirements upon booking. We take this very seriously and always take precautions with cross contamination

  • We serve a set menu which changes every month. We don’t provide a copy of the menu until you arrive, however we cater for all allergies and dietary requirements and request that you inform us of your requirements upon booking. You can see our previous Menus on the Menus page of the website

  • We are not licensed to serve alcohol so we advise you bring your own drinks. We provide table water but it is advisable to bring any soft drinks with you as well

  • We take card or cash payments on the night

  • We ask people not to bring dogs unless they are service dogs

  • No. Every party has their own table on our Pop-up evenings
